SRC offers a range of surveys dependent on the size of your home and the scale of renovation you wish to carry out.

Green (Sustainability) Surveys

A survey comprising an explanation of the current construction and condition of your property, a summartive audit of its environmental and ecological impact and recommendations for improving its environmental and ecological performance.

Carbon Reduction Surveys (CRS)

Carbon Reduction Surveys evaluate how you can improve your home's energy efficiency and reduce your home's carbon impact as cost effectively as possible. Implementation of such measures will inevitably reduce fuel bills.

SRC offers a range of surveys dependent on the size of your home and the scale of renovation you wish to carry out. Your survey analyses the current performance of your home and evaluates the most cost effective methods to improve energy efficiency and reduce your home's carbon footprint. Your survey will provide recommendations for alterations at differentiated costs.

Level 1 Survey: A basic report on your home with general guidance on simple "first fix" measures that make a big difference at low cost..
Level 2 Survey: A detailed report with guidance, measurements and calculations on both "first fix" measures and improvements that will provide medium-term savings over the years..
Level 3 Survey: A detailed report with a complete assessment of your home's performance in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability, bespoke advice and a thorough evaluation and cost analysis of measures, including renewables, that will maximise the potential of your renovation.

All surveys include a home visit, review of utility bills, a report, and optional telephone interview and follow-up to discuss recommendations. Before you start, you should download and fill out the energy bill audit form. Send this to us before we make the visit to get maximum benefit from the service.

Home Environmental Audits

SRC can provide environmental assessments such as EcoHomes, CSH and EPCs. These will generally be commissioned for a specific purpose such as major works or the sale of your property. We will advise on preparation and provide a pre-assessment report.
